The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Oasis Wellness International Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 30 working days after the confirmation.

return & exchange policy

1. Oasis Wellness reserves the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.


2. Oasis Wellness will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.


3. We will only accept return request if delivered wrong/faulty product.

important notes

1. Parcel should be in good condition upon receiving. Buyers must inspect all products clearly once they receive. Receiver have the rights to reject immediately shall the parcel is not in good condition ex; carton dented, wet, being opened, etc


2. Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during courier service delivery; the parcel is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages during courier service delivery.


A. There will be an inspection procedure needed for faulty parcel. Shall the faulty is caused by courier mishandling there will be claims issued


B. Return of items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your parcel. (Please attached clear photo of the defect area, customer full name, contact number & state with order details) email to support@oasisswiss.com


C. Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging to Oasis Wellness International Sdn Bhd, No. 25, Jalan PP 11/3, Taman Putra Perdana, 47130 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. Faulty delivery costs will be covered by customer.


D. Customers need to bear the delivery charges for defective claims/return sending back.


E. Oasis Wellness will cover delivery costs of a new replacement unit after verify shall it cause by manufacturing defects of which delivery charges of new replacement will be cover by Oasis Wellness.

reshipment fee

Reshipment refers to the reshipping of returned or undelivered parcel(s) after several delivery attempts by our courier service partner. A “Reshipment fee” will be incurred if you wish to resend the returned / undelivered parcel(s) to a specific shipping address within Malaysia.

shipping rules & restrictions

• Expect delays during festival periods and sales promotion period.
• Oasis Wellness is not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond its control.
• We do not accept order cancellations upon despatch and after payment made of your order.
• Products will only be delivered to valid addresses (and not to PO boxes) within Malaysia only.
• Delivery hours are between 9.00am to 5.00pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. There will be no deliveries on Sundays and state, public or federal Holidays.
• Changes to the shipping and billing address will not be entertained after order has been confirmed.
• If you discover any damage to your product(s) upon receive of the parcel, kindly observe the following procedure, failing which you will be deemed to waive your right thereto:


 

1. The claimant must notify Oasis Wellness’s Customer Service within three (3) working days of receiving the parcel.
2. A customer service representative from Oasis HQ shall perform an inspection of the damaged parcel.
3. If the inspection confirms that the parcel is damaged through the fault of Oasis or its delivery partner, the claimant shall return the affected product(s), original carton and copy of Sales Invoice for exchange purposes.

 

 

NOTE: Oasis Wellness reserves the right not to entertain the exchange if the claimant cannot produce the original carton and copy of Sales Invoice.
